Job Description:
At Training Mate, our primary aim is to be the highlight of our clients’ day! As a Front Desk receptionist, you’ll play a pivotal role in achieving this goal by:
- Warmly welcoming clients and ensuring smooth check-ins for classes.
- Maintaining regular communication with members to ensure their satisfaction.
- Upholding the cleanliness and presentation standards of our studio at all times.
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring equipment is reset and cleaned before and during classes.
- Handling administrative tasks such as responding to emails, folding towels, and restocking supplies.
- Serving as a sales associate for memberships and class packs.
- Participating in studio events to engage with our community.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven exceptional customer service experience.
- Previous experience in a fitness setting is advantageous.
- Willingness to work weekday mornings (5:30am-9am).
- Willingness to work weekday evenings (4:30pm-8:00pm).
- Willingness to work weekend mornings (8:30am-12:30pm).
