The practice – Apollo Health PLLC is a physician owned high end internal medicine office practice located in uptown Gig Harbor. We focus on delivering top notch adult primary care, integrative medicine and aesthetic services. The job – Front desk receptionist full time. Duties include phone calls, scheduling, check in/check out, insurance verifications, office cleanliness, supplies, etc. You will be working as part of a team environment comprising MD/PA/NP, MA, RN and office manager.
The qualifications – High school graduate minimum. Medical/aesthetic office experience is mandatory. Should be proficient with computers and technology. A keen interest in aesthetics and optimizing the patient care experience is required. A cheerful positive can-do attitude is a MUST – we are very engaged with our patients and staff. Only candidates local to the area are encouraged to apply.
The compensation – $ 22/hr starting out. Annual pay raise. Full suite of benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, etc) for full time employees. Plus of course you will receive massive employee discounts on cosmetic services!
