About the Role:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who brings both professionalism and personality to the role. This is the first and last face our patients see, and we want someone who embodies grace, confidence, and top-tier hospitality. Experience in luxury service, high-end medical, or boutique hospitality settings is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and check in patients with professionalism and care
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries with clarity and poise
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and confirm bookings
- Collect payment for concierge and urgent care services
- Maintain a serene and immaculate front lobby and check-in area
- Verify patient forms, IDs, and intake paperwork
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless flow of care
- Handle confidential patient information with discretion (HIPAA compliance)
Requirements:
- Prior experience in medical, concierge, or luxury hospitality settings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Calm, composed, and impeccably groomed
- Comfortable using EMR, calendar software, and payment systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Able to multitask gracefully in a fast-paced, boutique environment
- High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time (Tuesday–Saturday or Monday–Friday options)
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
