We are a Chiropractic office that specializes in structural rehab, scoliosis, and functional medicine. We are one of four offices in florida that is advanced certified in the most researched non surgical approach to spinal alignment Chiropractic Biophysics Technique. CPB is not just traditional chiropractic. What an orthodontist does with teeth we do with the spine. We’re a very research based technique on the cutting edge of spinal rehabilitation. In addition we take a very WHOLEistic approach to health, looking at the whole person. We address more than just their spinal health, we address, diet, nutrition, do functional medicine testing, teach meditation classes and constantly involved in educating the community on various health topics.

Responsibilities:

– check patient insurance and communicate effectively to the patient

– Help with patient notes

– Manage the front desk, greet patients, answer phones, collect payment.

– All Staff is cross trained in both front of the house and patient rehab with traction and exercise protocols. (so its a hands on job)

– Most importantly. We can train skills, but we cannot train you to be a caring person. Must genuinely love helping people and being a part of a team that helps to deliver the best healthcare on the planet.

-Must be organized, efficient and enjoy working in a neat clean environment.

– Work with chiropractic software and be willing to learn new system if necessary is a plus but we will train the right person.

– Previous experience in chiropractic office or medical office management and receptionist preferred, but we will train if you are a fast learner.

– Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines.

– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Qualifications

  • Be part of an expert team that focuses on excellence and delivering a Ritz Carlton experience.
  • Front office experience and dealing with insurance. Management experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette to be able to reactivate old patients and book new leads
  • Exceptional organizational skills, particularly in managing calendars and front desk operations
  • Previous experience in a medical office setting
  • Proficiency in catching on quickly with medical software, and use of multi-line phone systems and scheduling management
  • Familiarity with clerical and administrative tasks
  • Ability to cross train and work hands on with patients setting them up on traction and teaching exercises when necessary.
