Duties:
– Greet patients at check-in and ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable.
– Gather and verify insurance information and other necessary details for the patient’s chart.
– Answer a multi-line telephone system in a courteous and professional manner.
– Typing and data entry for patient information and medical records.
– Collect payments from patients and provide receipts.
– Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
– Maintain and update medical records accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Friendly and outgoing demeanor.
– Proficient typing skills and familiarity with data entry.
– Ability to handle a multi-line telephone system.
