Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries

• Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, documenting information, and maintaining confidentiality

• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

• Provide support to the nursing staff and other departments as needed

• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and experience
