As the first and last person our guests interact with, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional spa experience while helping our business continue to grow.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointments, phone calls, texts, and emails
- Help guests choose services, memberships, and gift cards
- Coordinate therapist schedules and daily operations
- Ensure every guest leaves feeling cared for and valued
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Friendly, positive, and professional
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Organized and detail-oriented
✔ Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
✔ Sales-minded and confident making recommendations
✔ Experience in a spa, salon, medical office, hospitality, or customer service role is a plus
