Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and friendly Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Reception experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong customer service and cash-handling background. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, punctual, tech-savvy, and comfortable using online scheduling software.
Weekend availability is required with additional flexibility during the week for morning and/or evening shifts.
We are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Open 9am-8pm weekdays and until 5pm on weekends.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet clients warmly and check them in/out
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries professionally
- Schedule and manage appointments using our online booking system
- Handle cash register transactions, process payments, and prepare daily deposits
- Oversee and maintain the boutique/retail area
- Perform light cleaning, organizing, and upkeep tasks
- Opening and closing procedures for the spa and salon
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive and relaxing experience for all guests
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
