Front Desk Receptionist (30 hours) Jobs in Medford, OR at Fountain Plaza
Fountain Plaza is an active living retirement community that is currently hiring for a full-time Receptionist at 30 hours per week.
We are looking for a team member who is reliable, has great work ethic, and has strong interpersonal skills. This position involves a great deal of interaction with the residents, guests, and staff. In most cases, you would be the first person to make a lasting impression on guests, too. With our residents being our #1 priority, applicants must be pleasant, friendly, patient, and have a sincere desire to work with seniors. In addition, applicants must be able to work well individually as well as within a team.

Schedule (Subject to Change):
- Saturday to Tuesday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Good typing skills with word-processing experience
- Fantastic interpersonal skills
- Has the ability to follow verbal and written instruction, prioritize, maintain a professional attitude and multitask
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years receptionist experience
- Has experience working with seniors
- Competent in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Publisher)
Responsibilities:
- Answering multi-phone lines
- Emergency first responder
- Filing and organizing files
- Updating information lists
- And all other job duties assigned
- Accounts payable support
- Accounts receivable support
- Payroll support
