Front Desk Receptionist Jobs in Chico, CA at Americas Best Value Inn
We are a motel located in downtown Chico. We are looking for a Front Desk receptionist at the Americas Best Value Inn Chico. You must be friendly, courteous and respectful. Having excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills is a must.
Job is full time or part time. Shifts are either 7am – 3pm, 3pm – 11pm, or 11pm – 7am; scheduled shifts are likely to vary from week to week.
What will you be doing most days?
– Assist guests in the check-in and check-out procedure, as well as throughout the entirety of their stay.
– Work on the hotel’s electronic reservation system, as well as, other computer programs to ensure a seamless workflow.
– Handle all financial matters – including credit card and cash transactions securely and accurately.
– Cleaning the office and doing other chores.
