We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette and proficient use of phone systems.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management for staff members.
- Perform administrative tasks including proofreading documents, filing, and office management duties.
- Assist with inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment.
- Support other departments as needed with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in office management practices and administrative support functions.
- Familiarity with calendar management tools and scheduling software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
