Job Description:
Front Desk Attendant
We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Attendant to be the first point of contact for all guests, visitors, and staff. This role is stationed at the front desk and is responsible for managing building entry, greeting visitors, and maintaining an organized and secure front entrance area.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduled working hours:
Onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Greet and assist guests at the front entrance, ensuring they sign in and receive name badges.
Escort visitors as needed and promptly notify staff of their arrival.
Remain at the front desk throughout the shift, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Manage incoming mail, packages, and food deliveries, notifying recipients or securely storing items.
Offer beverages, assist with coats, and ensure the lobby area remains clean and organized.
Follow all security and visitor protocols, and report any concerns to management.
Interact courteously with all staff, guests, and visitors.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in reception, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; friendly, composed, and professional.
Excellent attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.
Able to remain seated and alert at the front desk for extended periods.
Additional Information:
This position offers a base pay range of $50,000.00/yr – $60,000.00/yr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Please contact your recruiter for more details.
