Hamilton Education is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and highly organized Front Desk Program Coordinator to join our team. This is a fast-paced position that combines customer service, administrative support, scheduling, and student coordination. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with students and families and takes pride in creating a welcoming and professional environment.
At Hamilton Education, we help students achieve their academic goals through tutoring, test preparation, and college advising. Every interaction matters, and our front desk team plays a vital role in supporting student success.
What You’ll Do
- Answer phones and assist prospective and current families
- Welcome students and parents with a warm, professional attitude
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Send reminders and follow-up communications
- Respond promptly to emails and inquiries
- Process payments and assist with enrollment
- Maintain student records and update spreadsheets
- Track student progress and program participation
- Support counselors, tutors, and office operations
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
- Proficiency with Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar
- Professional, dependable, and proactive
- Education experience or interest in working with students is preferred

Schedule
School Year Hours
- Tuesday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 7:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Summer Hours
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Hours may vary during summer and winter breaks.
