Hamilton Education is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and highly organized Front Desk Program Coordinator to join our team. This is a fast-paced position that combines customer service, administrative support, scheduling, and student coordination. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with students and families and takes pride in creating a welcoming and professional environment.

At Hamilton Education, we help students achieve their academic goals through tutoring, test preparation, and college advising. Every interaction matters, and our front desk team plays a vital role in supporting student success.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer phones and assist prospective and current families
  • Welcome students and parents with a warm, professional attitude
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Send reminders and follow-up communications
  • Respond promptly to emails and inquiries
  • Process payments and assist with enrollment
  • Maintain student records and update spreadsheets
  • Track student progress and program participation
  • Support counselors, tutors, and office operations
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
  • Proficiency with Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar
  • Professional, dependable, and proactive
  • Education experience or interest in working with students is preferred

Schedule

School Year Hours

  • Tuesday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 7:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Summer Hours

  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Hours may vary during summer and winter breaks.

  • Bachelor’s (Required)
