Better Bodies is looking for a friendly, dependable, and highly organized Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our growing wellness team.

No prior medical office experience is required — we are happy to train the right person on our systems and office procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients warmly and professionally
- Scheduling appointments and managing phones
- Assisting with patient check-in/check-out
- Coordinating communication between departments
- Helping maintain smooth daily office flow
- Supporting a positive and welcoming environment
