The Gym Lakewood is looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated team members to join our front desk and member services staff.
This is more than just a receptionist position — we are looking for people who can create a great experience for members, answer phones professionally, assist with membership sales, and help keep the gym running smoothly.
Position Details
- up to $18/hour
- Free gym membership

- Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts available
Responsibilities
- Greeting and checking in members
- Answering phones and assisting customers
- Assisting with membership sales and tours
- Scheduling appointments and classes
- Maintaining a positive and professional front desk environment
- Helping resolve member questions and concerns
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good phone skills are a must
- Sales ability and confidence speaking with people
- Reliable, organized, and professional
- Prior gym or fitness industry experience is a big plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
