Blue Valley Tractor & Supply is looking for a happy, friendly, people-person to be the first face and voice our customers experience. This role is extremely important to our team — you will help welcome guests, manage incoming sales calls, and assist our sales team with scheduling appointments.
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Greeting customers as they enter the building
- Being the first friendly face customers see
- Answering all incoming sales calls
- Collecting customer information on every call:
- Full Name
- Cell Phone Number
- Email Address
- Reason for Calling
- Logging all calls with date and time
- Asking callers if they would like to schedule an appointment
- Rotating appointments evenly between salespeople
- Scheduling appointments and sending calendar invites
- Transferring calls to available salespeople
- Offering beverages to walk-in customers when sales staff are busy
- Notifying sales when customers are outside viewing equipment
- Helping create a welcoming and professional environment

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
