Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Manager to lead the front office operations at a dynamic personal injury law firm. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Your leadership will streamline administrative processes, manage scheduling, oversee vendor relationships, and support the overall efficiency of the firm. Duties
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using clear communication skills
- Supervise administrative staff, providing training and development to enhance team performance
- Coordinate vendor management activities including office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance, and service contracts
- Maintain accurate filing systems and perform clerical duties such as data entry, bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and document preparation
- Oversee office operations including payroll processing, budgeting support, human resources functions, and medical office management tasks when applicable
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in an office or administrative setting within a legal environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle vendor management and office supply procurement efficiently
- Background in event planning or coordinating firm events is a plus
- Familiarity with human resources functions such as training & development and employee onboarding
- Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation

Pay: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour
