Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk/Daycare Manager Support to assist in the day-to-day operations of our dog daycare. The ideal candidate will have experience in front desk management, sales, customer service, and employee supervision. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, resolving customer concerns professionally, and supporting our team in maintaining the high standards that Go Doggy is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting customers, handling check-ins and check-outs, and scheduling daycare/boarding services.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints or difficult situations professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist in managing and supervising daycare staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Handle sales transactions, promote daycare services, and upsell additional offerings.
  • Support the team with maintaining a clean and safe environment for dogs and staff.
  • Keep detailed records of daycare activities, customer interactions, and incidents.
  • Collaborate with the daycare manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory for daycare supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that both dogs and their owners have a positive experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working at a front desk in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven experience in sales, handling customer inquiries, and resolving complex issues.
  • Ability to manage and support employees in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in stressful situations.
  • Love for dogs and a passion for creating a positive daycare environment.
  • Experience in a dog daycare, animal care, or hospitality industry is a plus.
