Front Desk / Customer Experience Team Member

Gatlinburg Adventure Rentals is hiring!
We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and reliable person to join our team helping customers have an unforgettable Smoky Mountain UTV adventure.
Pay:
Starting at $15/hour + bonuses
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and helping customers make reservations
Checking customers in and out
Explaining scenic routes and Smoky Mountain maps
Walking customers through how to operate the UTVs
Assisting with waivers and rental paperwork
Delivering excellent customer service
Keeping the front desk and lobby organized
Requirements:
Friendly and outgoing personality
Strong communication skills
Comfortable speaking with tourists and families
Basic computer skills
Reliable and punctual
Weekend availability preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
