Job Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, people-first Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing outpatient physical therapy clinic in Huntsville, AL.
This role is critical to patient experience, clinic flow, and daily operations.
The front desk is the first point of contact and plays a major role in shaping patient satisfaction and clinic efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule and manage appointments across providers
- Work with Billing team to manage insurance verifications and collect co-pays
- Maintain accurate patient records (EMR)
- Communicate with therapists and billing team
- Manage cancellations and optimize scheduling
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Experience in healthcare or customer service a plus but not necessary

Compensation & Benefits
