What You’ll Do:
✨ Greet guests with genuine hospitality
✨ Answer phones and schedule appointments with confidence (Phorest salon software)
✨ Check clients in and out while handling payments accurately
✨ Support our stylists and keep the day running smoothly
✨ Recommend salon products and services (retail sales experience is a plus!)
✨ Keep the salon clean, organized, and inviting
✨ Manage texts, emails, and social media messages
✨ Help create a fun, positive atmosphere for our team and guests
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
✔ Loves connecting with people and creating exceptional guest experiences
✔ Is dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
✔ Communicates professionally with excellent spelling and grammar in all texts, emails, and written communication (no shorthand or texting abbreviations)
✔ Can confidently and accurately process payments, handle cash, and balance transactions
✔ Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask with ease
✔ Has strong computer and phone skills
✔ Maintains a polished, professional appearance and attitude
✔ Enjoys sales and providing outstanding customer service
✔ Wants to grow with a supportive and positive team
