- Greet visitors, residents, and staff with warmth and professionalism, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Handle incoming correspondence, including mail distribution and email management using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and readiness
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and personal assistant duties as needed
- Utilize computer skills for various administrative functions including QuickBooks for bookkeeping, data entry, and record keeping
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with clerical or administrative responsibilities
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic bookkeeping software like QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
- Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, proofreading documents, and calendar management is desirable
- Prior experience supporting office operations through time management and administrative support is a plus
