The Dunes Condos Port Aransas is accepting resumes to hire a Full Time Front Desk Clerk. We are seeking a trustworthy, reliable, hard working candidate, who has a strong work ethic and enjoys working in a team environment.
Front Desk Clerk responsibilities include planning, scheduling, coordination between
maintenance and housekeeping supervisors and/or personnel. The clerk coordinates and
schedules unit bookings, documents and appropriately posts receipts, and provides
appropriate billing. The clerk coordinates owner and contractor notifications for services.
The clerk provides courteous greetings to owners and guests and provides reasonable
special services that may be requested. The clerk is responsible for monitoring property
through physical and surveillance systems. The clerk is responsible for notifying
proper department supervisors and/or management of emergency situations that may
arise.
Requirements include but are not limited to:
Basic computer skills and knowledge of math and bookkeeping
Knowledge of basic hospitality operations
Must have a current & valid driver’s license
Our employee benefits include:
$14 to $17 per hour based on experience
