What You’ll Do

As a Front Desk/Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and our patients feel cared for. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients warmly and managing the check-in/check-out process.
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized calendar.
  • Assisting the chiropractor with patient care and treatments as needed.
  • Handling phone inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintaining a clean and professional workspace.


What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A friendly, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
