What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, both in person and over the phone
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using our booking system
- Provide local recommendations and resort information with confidence and enthusiasm
- Assist with small retail transactions in our front office shop
- Barista simple espresso orders for guests with opportunity for tips
- Help coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests to ensure smooth operations
- Keep the front desk area tidy and organized
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is comfortable working with computers and learning reservation systems
- Thrives in a team-oriented environment and can also work independently
- Can multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Enjoys problem-solving on how to best accommodate guests needs
- Brings a positive, can-do attitude every day
Bonus Points If You:
- Have previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Love the outdoors and want to share that passion with guests
- Are familiar with the Flathead Valley or Glacier National Park area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus
