Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Associate combined with a passionate social media marketing specialist to join our vibrant team! This dual role offers an exciting opportunity to create a welcoming environment for visitors and clients while also elevating our brand’s online presence. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, and also spearheading innovative social media campaigns that engage audiences across multiple platforms. Your enthusiasm, creativity, and organizational skills will drive both exceptional customer service and impactful digital marketing initiatives.
Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently, directing them to appropriate departments or personnel
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy, welcoming, and well-organized
- Develop engaging content for social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to boost brand visibility
- Manage paid advertising efforts such as Facebook Advertising to reach targeted audiences effectively
- Coordinate branding efforts across all digital platforms ensuring consistency in voice, style, and messaging
- Engage with followers through comments, messages, and reviews to foster strong relationship management
- Track campaign performance metrics regularly and prepare reports to measure success and inform future strategies
Experience
- Proven experience in front desk or reception duties with excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated expertise in social media management across multiple platforms
- Experience in digital marketing including content creation, branding, video editing, photography, and e-commerce support is highly desirable
- Ability to proofread content meticulously ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all communications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
