Mighty Pilates Santa Barbara is looking for a friendly, driven Front Desk Associate to sbe the first and lasting impression of our studio. This role acts as a type of studio ambassador and blends customer service, sales, operations, and marketing, with a strong focus on creating an exceptional client experience and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities
Client Experience
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage check-ins, bookings, and class flow using MindBody
- Answer phones, texts, and emails; assist with client inquiries
- Provide studio tours and ensure a seamless in-studio experience
- Manage Sonos music in collaboration with Instructors
Sales & Retention
- Sell memberships, class packages, and retail products
- Encourage clients to book their next class and build a routine
- Ensure client accounts and payments are up to date
Lead Management
- Use MindBody’s CRM tools to track, follow up, and convert leads—sales driven mindset always looking to book next class and/or sell packages + memberships
- Conduct outreach and maintain organized client notes
Operations & Studio Upkeep
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk, lobby, and studio
- Support cleaning tasks (reformers, floors, laundry, etc.)
- Assist with scheduling, waitlists, and administrative tasks
Schedule Requirements
- Flexible availability required
- Early mornings (6:30/7:30 AM), evenings (until 8:00 PM), and weekends
- Shifts range from 3–7 hours; prefer your availability allows for 2+ shifts
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience required (must be comfortable selling memberships/packages)
- Organized, proactive, and team-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written communication
- Interest in fitness/wellness preferred
- MindBody experience a plus
