Each unit is thoughtfully furnished by its owner, providing guests with a one-of-a-kind experience. Many owners choose to rent their rooms when not in use, giving our guests a fresh and personalized stay every time.

We are currently seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent / Bell Attendant to serve as the first point of contact for our guests while also providing hands-on guest service support throughout their stay. This position combines front desk operations, bell services, and basic property support to create an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Guest Services

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their stay.
  • Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
  • Handle reservations by phone and online platforms, including updates, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Process payments, verify guest information, and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Assign rooms and provide guests with information about amenities, policies, rates, and local attractions.
  • Answer guest questions and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide a positive and memorable experience for guests from arrival to departure.

Bell Services & Guest Assistance

  • Assist guests with luggage during arrivals and departures.
  • Provide rides or transportation assistance for guests and owners when needed.
  • Deliver towels, supplies, amenities, and other requested items to guest rooms or property areas.
  • Assist guests with special requests and ensure their comfort during their stay.
  • Maintain a welcoming and helpful presence throughout the property.

Property Support & Light Maintenance Assistance

  • Assist guests with basic in-room troubleshooting, including TVs, remotes, and other room amenities.
  • Help with minor property tasks and report maintenance concerns to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist with keeping guest areas clean, organized, and ready for arrivals.
  • Support daily operations by helping with small tasks that improve the guest experience.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared and meet guest expectations.

Owner & Team Support

  • Assist property owners with scheduling cleanings and special requests.
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping and management teams.
  • Help coordinate group reservations, VIP services, special events, and owner stays.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow property procedures.
  • Promote available services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous hotel, resort, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation software such as RoomMaster or similar systems.
  • Experience with booking platforms such as Expedia, Booking.com, Hopper, and Airbnb preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Positive, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to help.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to handle payments accurately.
  • Ability to multitask between front desk duties and guest service needs.
  • Ability to lift and carry luggage, towels, and supplies.
  • Must be available to work weekends and flexible morning and evening shifts.
