Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Agent in Paleo Faliro. The Agent is responsible for phone etiquette, clerical skills, communication, customer service, and other front of the house desk duties as needed. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting guests, checking them in and out, handling customer inquiries and complaints, managing reservations, and providing information about the hotel and local area.
Qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality or related field
- At least 2 years experience in the same field
- Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages
- Knowledge of PMS’s such as Oracle Suite8-Fidelio and Ota platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
