Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrator to be the welcoming voice of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front office operations, ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, providing excellent customer support and assistance
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Handle all clerical duties including data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining organized records using our CRM, PestPac and multiple other organizational applications.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Invoicing and collections
- Assist with administrative tasks like proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed to our CEO
- Proven experience in front desk or office administration roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry software
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high-volume calls confidently
- Strong clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and document management
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous for supporting executive needs

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
