Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette.
- Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings for staff or professionals.
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office operations.
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools when necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
Experience
- Prior office management or administrative experience is required, ideally within a healthcare or professional setting such as dental or medical reception.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client populations effectively.
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping (e.g., QuickBooks) is preferred.

Pay: $16.00 – $17.50 per hour
