Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at keeping operations running smoothly? We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to support our shop operations by managing fleet documentation, DOT compliance tracking, maintenance coordination, and assisting in equipment tracking. This position plays a key role in supporting fleet operations and ensuring accurate fleet records, maintenance coordination, and compliance requirements are maintained.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain DOT documentation and fleet compliance records for company vehicles and equipment
- Monitor DOT requirements and provide reports on upcoming compliance action items
- Track fleet and equipment locations across company yards and job sites
- Verify equipment records, project paperwork, and inventory accuracy
- Process maintenance requests and update fleet repair records
- Maintain fleet data including equipment specifications and repair history
- File maintenance records, repair orders, and inspections
- Support shop operations by answering shop phone calls and assisting with communication flow
- Provide administrative support to Shop Management and Shift Leads
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with fleet operations, maintenance tracking, DOT compliance, or equipment management preferred
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Computer proficiency and data entry experience
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
