Big Bang Fireworks is one of Florida’s leading fireworks retailers, serving customers throughout the year from our Leesburg Superstore and across multiple seasonal locations. We take pride in offering one of the largest selections of consumer fireworks while providing outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and knowledgeable Fireworks Sales & Inventory Associate to join our team.
This is not a typical retail cashier position. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in sales, customer service, inventory management, restocking, merchandising, and daily store operations. Applicants should be comfortable wearing multiple hats and helping wherever needed to keep the store running efficiently.
Fireworks knowledge is required. Applicants should be familiar with common fireworks categories, effects, and products, and be comfortable recommending products to customers based on their needs and budget.

Primary ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service
- Assist customers in selecting fireworks based on their budget and event needs
- Answer product questions and explain fireworks effects, performance, and safety guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Help customers build assortments for holidays, celebrations, and special events
- Process sales transactions accurately
Inventory & Store Operations
- Receive, organize, and stock incoming inventory
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items
- Restock shelves and displays throughout the day
- Maintain accurate inventory counts
- Assist with inventory audits and product organization
- Keep displays neat, attractive, and fully stocked
General Store Support
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Assist management with operational tasks as needed
- Support seasonal preparations and store setup
- Help with pricing, labeling, merchandising, and product placement
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Knowledge of consumer fireworks products and categories
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and making product recommendations
- Ability to lift and move inventory when needed
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Previous retail, sales, inventory, or fireworks experience is strongly preferred

We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, understands fireworks, stays organized, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. The right candidate will be equally comfortable discussing products with customers, restocking shelves, organizing inventory, and supporting store operations throughout the day.
