Finance Assistant – Aylesbury 6 Months Contract – PT

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting a PT Finance Assistant to join our manufacturing client based in Aylesbury.
Salary: £20,070 (PRO RATA of £30,000)
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8:30-1:00 pm
Duties
:
– Processing sales orders using SAGE 50
– Taking incoming calls from customers to discuss enquiries
– Accurately process purchase invoices and send them out
– Chasing outstanding debt
– Processing and posting the payroll journal
– Manage expenses reports
– Performing bank reconciliation
– Greeting guests
Requirements:
–
Experience with
in a Sales Leger/Finance role
– Experienced in using SAGE 50
– Great
communication skills
