We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator – Intern to join our finance team. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate ready to gain practical experience in a professional finance environment.
The Finance Intern will work closely with the Financial Manager and the broader finance team, providing support with a variety of entry-level finance and administrative tasks. The role will involve working with business-critical financial data, assisting with data capture on internal systems, and supporting monthly and annual finance and business reporting processes.
This role provides valuable exposure to real-world finance operations and is suited to someone eager to learn, organised, and able to work accurately with data.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide general administrative and operational support to the finance team
· Capture and maintain financial and business data accurately on internal systems
· Assist with monthly and annual financial and operational reporting
· Support data checks, reconciliations, and documentation of finance processes
· Maintain organised financial records and files
· Assist the Financial Manager with ad hoc tasks and projects
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
· A completed degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (with a finance focus), or an equivalent qualification
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
· Good organisational and time management skills
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
· A willingness to learn and contribute within a team environment
