🔹About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Executive to expand our global presence in the food industry. This role involves managing overseas clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction across international markets.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international sales plans and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for assigned customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, ensuring long-term business partnerships
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations, align on product offerings, and manage sales terms and conditions
- Follow up on product inspections and customer requirements to ensure compliance and satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective after-sales support by coordinating with relevant departments
- Participate in domestic and international trade shows, including preparation of marketing materials, product samples, and client meetings
- Conduct preliminary negotiations with potential clients and follow up post-events to convert leads
- Stay updated on country-specific regulations and food safety standards (e.g., BRC, HACCP, ISO22000, Halal, Kosher)
- Review contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements for international trade
🔹 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in international sales within the food industry (experience in pet food is a plus)
- Strong understanding of export processes and global market dynamics
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for business exhibitions
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive
- Experience in overseas sales of products such as tuna will be an advantage
