Experienced Veterinary Receptionist Jobs in Rocky Hill at Catzablanca Cat Clinic and Hospital
Having experience in the Veterinary field is required for this position. Previous Veterinary Receptionist experience is preferred. We are a growing, privately owned feline specialty veterinary hospital. This position is for Veterinary Receptionist only.
Skills required:
- Ability to work independently and as a supportive team member
- Have a strong interest and affinity to work with clients and their cats
- Pleasant and effective communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills
- Be able to multi-task
- Handle multiple phone lines
- Client check-ins and check-out
- Fluent in Veterinary software, scanning, uploading documents, etc., as we are a paperless practice.
- Excellent client service skills
- General feline veterinary knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
