We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced full time Receptionist at our Bentley/Rolls Royce Dealership located in West Palm Beach, Florida.
· Answer all incoming calls from multi-line switchboard
· Greet customers and vendors upon entering the dealership
· Transfer/route all calls, take messages as needed
· Log calls, produce daily and weekly/monthly reports
· Clerical work as needed for the Sales Department
Requirements
· Excellent customer service skills
· 3+ years receptionist/concierge experience
· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere
· Working knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
· Professional attitude and attire a must
· Qualified candidate must have a flexible schedule and be available during the hours of operation: Monday through Thursday – 7:30am – 8pm, Fridays – 7:30am – 7pm, Saturdays – 8am – 6pm and Sundays 11am – 5pm.
