Experienced medical receptionist able to multi-task in medical environment. Must know how to answer multi-line phones, create referrals for patients to other providers, order/schedule tests and appointments, fax/scan/upload documents into electronic medical record system, relay messages in a detail oriented manner, greet patients in a friendly manner in person as well as on the phone, sort mail, exhibit willingness to help other co-workers accomplish their tasks as well as your own.
