This senior-level role supports the International Director in overseeing strategy, business development, operations, financial and people management—ensuring the overall performance of our international department in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
You’ll work closely with various international partners and colleagues from across Europe, lead a team, and play a key role in shaping and delivering initiatives—supporting outgoing clients and driving marketing activities to support growth.
This role calls for a blend of business experience, a strong sense of responsibility, coordination skills, curiosity, and the ability to think both creatively and strategically—along with mature communication skills and the ability to set a positive tone.
What You’ll Do
- Support the International Director: Act as a trusted right hand—contribute to decision-making, represent the Director when needed, and ensure strategic alignment.
- Lead & Inspire: Guide an international team in CZ & SK, delegate effectively, and maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
- Drive Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities to ensure smooth, efficient delivery and continuous improvement.
- Think Strategically: Help shape departmental strategy with fresh ideas and ensure its effective execution.
- Manage Financial Resources: Oversee budgets, contribute to resource planning, and handle reporting.
- Grow the Business: Strengthen key relationships, identify new internal and external opportunities, and represent RENOMIA internationally.
Strategic focus on developing strategies to further support domestic clients abroad (outgoing).
What Sets You Apart

- Financial literacy and strong analytical thinking
- Adaptability, curiosity, and a proactive attitude
- Fluency in Czech and English (another language such as German or French is an advantage)
- Solid business background with a strong understanding of client needs
- Experience in insurance and/or a sales role is a plus
