Executive Chauffeur & Personal Assistant Jobs in Los Angeles at HUYABIO International

About the Opportunity

QC Capital & Consulting is seeking a highly professional, discreet, and service-oriented Executive Chauffeur & Personal Assistant to support a senior executive of an international financial services company headquartered in Hong Kong.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a globally respected executive whose schedule requires flexibility, professionalism, and exceptional judgment. The role combines premium chauffeuring services with executive-level personal assistance in a trusted, long-term employment relationship.

Unlike a traditional chauffeur position, this role offers a dynamic work environment, meaningful responsibilities, and periods of downtime when the executive is traveling internationally.

Job Overview

This is a full-time W-2 position operating under a flexible, on-call schedule rather than a traditional 9-to-5 workday.

The executive spends a significant portion of the year traveling internationally. During those periods, the workload is generally light and may include occasional transportation or logistical support for family members, business associates, or visiting clients. When the executive is in Los Angeles, the chauffeur will provide dedicated transportation and personal support throughout the executive’s stay.

All schedules are planned and communicated in advance. The employer values professionalism, respects personal time, and does not expect last-minute requests without prior notice.

  • Provide safe, smooth, and professional transportation throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.
  • Transport the executive between business meetings, airports, events, appointments, and personal engagements.
  • Monitor real-time traffic conditions and plan the most efficient routes.
  • Maintain the employer’s BMW in pristine condition, including coordinating maintenance, detailing, inspections, and servicing.
  • Ensure complete confidentiality and discretion during all transportation assignments.
  • Occasionally provide airport transportation or local transportation for approved family members, clients, or business guests.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities (Approximately 30%)

  • Manage calendar coordination and assist with daily scheduling.
  • Coordinate with contractors, household vendors, maintenance providers, and service professionals.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itinerary adjustments.
  • Handle personal shopping, gift purchasing, document deliveries, and other executive errands.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support as requested.
  • Assist with guest reception and transportation during business visits or private events.

This position is designed for candidates who appreciate flexibility.

  • Full-time W-2 employment
  • Flexible on-call schedule
  • Evening, early morning, weekend, and holiday availability when required
  • No fixed weekly schedule; work follows the executive’s travel calendar
  • Advance notice is provided whenever possible
  • Very limited overnight or long-distance travel; any such requests will always be discussed and agreed upon in advance
  • No interstate travel required

Vehicle Information

The employer provides a company vehicle (BMW).

  • The vehicle is kept at the employer’s residence.
  • The chauffeur will report to the residence at the beginning of each workday to retrieve the vehicle.
  • The vehicle will be returned to the residence at the end of each workday.
