The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the President/CEO of a dynamic organization in Commerce, serving as a trusted partner in managing day-to-day executive operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting senior leadership across a broad range of administrative and operational functions.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior-level executives in a professional, fast-paced organizational environment
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills with a strong ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools with demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and executive correspondence

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President/CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and executive correspondence
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the executive office and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times
  • Manage special projects, prepare reports and presentations, and support the President/CEO in executing organizational priorities with efficiency and discretion

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
