Bhog Caterers is a busy South Asian catering and restaurant operation in East Brunswick, NJ. We execute large-scale weddings and corporate events across the East Coast and the rest of the country, run restaurants, and fulfill tray orders. We’re a family-run business and we need a sharp, organized right hand to keep the owner’s day running smoothly and streamline business operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the owner’s calendar, appointments, and client meetings
  • Field incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; triage and respond on the owner’s behalf
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and clients on event logistics
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across catering events, fleet/compliance, and marketing
  • Prepare quotes, contracts, and client-facing documents
  • Maintain digital and physical filing for contracts, receipts, and event records
  • Run occasional errands and handle ad-hoc projects
  • Support travel arrangements when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in an executive assistant, office manager, or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Comfort with Google Workspace and basic Excel
  • Highly organized; able to juggle competing priorities
  • Discretion with confidential business information
  • Reliable transportation to East Brunswick/Somerset NJ. Must have a drivers’ license

Nice to Have

  • Hindi, Telugu, Gujarati, or Punjabi language skills
  • Catering or hospitality industry experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Payroll tools, and Excel

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
