About the Role – The Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO, and founders and managing the organization’s office operations. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Responsibilities
Control workflow
Handle all logistics CEO related
Interact with leadership, internally and externally
Help collaborate and overlap in support as needed with People Operations and Office Operations Team
Assist in special projects as needed and or other duties assigned while maintaining a flexible mindset in an ever changing environment
Overlap with the Chief of Staff and other co-founders and provide additional support as needed
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Communication skills, written/verbal
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Keep information confidential
Strong experience in using excel and general tools like CRMs, ATS, and other platforms
Required Skills
Must have worked in a high growth start up preferably in the technology space
Supported C level executives with a high preference for CEO level support
Pay range and compensation package – 140 – 170K base plus equity and benefits
