The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level professional and strategic support to the CEO, with a focus on business operations, project coordination, and executive-level communication. Working closely with the CEO, this role ensures alignment on priorities, follow-through on key initiatives, and effective coordination across departments. The Executive Assistant complements the CEO’s Personal Assistant by managing business-critical tasks, internal follow-ups, and strategic planning support.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping to manage priorities, track progress on key initiatives, and ensure timely execution of business objectives.
  • Coordinate and follow up on internal and cross-functional projects, ensuring deliverables are met and participants are aligned.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings and external engagements.
  • Attend key internal meetings, take detailed minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are tracked and communicated.
  • Liaise with Leadership and department heads to gather updates, monitor progress, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain oversight of the CEO’s professional commitments and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Serve as a point of contact for high-level internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and engagements by proactively gathering relevant information and context.

Qualifications:

  • University degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or Law.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior executive support or business coordination role.
  • Experience in the real estate industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment in handling confidential information.
