Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and maintain the Executive Director’s calendar
• Organize and record minutes of designated meetings
• Coordinate room bookings and order refreshments
• Prepare business cards and service recognition certificates
• Manage incoming communications effectively
Requirements:
• Administrative Professional Certificate or equivalent
• At least three years of senior administrative experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools
• Class 5 Drivers License
• Police Information Check and Child Intervention Check required
