We are seeking an Office Associate to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of an office. This role involves handling communications, organizing files, assisting staff, and maintaining efficient office procedures.

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support (filing, copying, scanning, data entry)
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails professionally
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
  • Prepare documents, reports, and basic presentations
  • Sort, distribute, and send incoming and outgoing mail/packages
  • Monitor and order office supplies; maintain inventory
  • Enter, update, and verify data in systems and spreadsheets
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company records
  • Help track deadlines and support ongoing projects
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm

Pay: $20.00 per hour
