Our client is seeking located in North York is seeking a polished, proactive, and organized Executive Assistant (EA) to join their team on a temporary basis for a minimum of two months. In this role, you will be the face of the office, sitting at the front desk reception to welcome high-level visitors while providing essential administrative support behind the scenes.
You will be designated to support three Vice Presidents (VPs). This office sees a fair bit of senior-level foot traffic, so we need an EA who is completely comfortable balancing a public-facing reception presence with traditional executive support
