About the Role
This is a full-time, in-office Executive Assistant position supporting the Executive Leadership Team. While grounded in traditional administrative responsibilities, the role also includes exposure to marketing coordination, onboarding processes, community outreach, and evolving business tools such as AI platforms.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring schedules, reports, communications, and day-to-day needs are handled accurately and on time.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. *on rare occasion, weekend availability will be requested with proper notification based on Community Outreach event calendar Location: Washington, D.C. metropolitan area within a nearby Maryland suburban community

What You’ll Do
· Manage executive calendars, meetings, and daily administrative needs
· Prepare and deliver daily operational reports with accuracy and consistency
· Organize documents, communications, and sensitive information with discretion
· Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups for leadership
· Coordinate proactively with IT to resolve issues affecting the executive team
· Attend select meetings to capture clear, organized notes and action items
· Support marketing efforts, including events and community outreach initiatives
· Assist in coordinating partnerships with current and future community organizations
· Help maintain organized marketing assets and review content for accuracy
· Assist with onboarding tasks, documentation, and candidate communication
· Support AI tool coordination, training efforts, and platform oversight

· Experience in administrative or coordination-based roles

· Dependable, consistent follow-through on daily responsibilities
