The vital and newly expanded role of Executive Assistant will have varied responsibilities and will touch several different departments. Here are a few examples of what you would handle:

  • Manage the activity at the front desk (deliveries, etc.)
  • Greet visitors warmly and provide information
  • Manage phone system and direct calls
  • Engage with employees and residents, assist with issues
  • Maintain spreadsheets and logs; data entry
  • Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling
  • Prepare materials for meetings and employee orientations
  • Conduct an occasional fun resident activity
  • Assist with internal communications
  • Be a back-up for conducting building tours
  • Assist with various HR and payroll tasks
  • Jump in wherever needed!

Qualifications include:

· Communication skills (phone and in person)

· Positive attitude and Interpersonal skills

· Computer literacy with email, spreadsheets, correspondence

· Organization and time management

· Proactive and service-minded
